High-viability peanut inoculant with Osmo protection Technology

Liquid inoculant based on Bradyrhizobium spp., specifically formulated for peanut cultivation and enhanced with Osmo-protection Technology (TOP). The formulation promotes higher bacterial concentration and survival on the seed surface, enabling rapid root colonization after germination and accelerating the onset of Biological Nitrogen Fixation (BNF). TOP Technology improves the metabolic and physiological performance of microorganisms, increasing their tolerance to environmental challenges such as moisture stress and exposure to seed treatment chemicals. The enhanced protection also extends bacterial viability on the seed, allowing treatment up to seven days before planting without the need for re-inoculation, providing greater operational flexibility and simplifying planting logistics.

Mode of action

Rizoliq TOP Peanuts incorporates Osmo-protection Technology (TOP), which enhances bacterial resilience and physiological activity under adverse environmental conditions. This technology protects bacterial cells from dehydration and environmental stress, helping to maintain high viability and activity in the furrow under conditions of elevated temperatures, limited soil moisture, and other stress factors commonly encountered during crop establishment.

By improving bacterial persistence and performance in the root zone, TOP Technology promotes rapid colonization of emerging peanut roots and early nodulation. This enables a more efficient Biological Nitrogen Fixation (BNF) process, supporting nitrogen availability, crop establishment, and plant development throughout the growing season.
