Rizospirillum ST is a high-performance biological inoculant developed by Rizobacter, based on selected strains of Azospirillum brasilense, one of the most widely recognized plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) in modern agriculture.
Applied directly to the seed, Rizospirillum ST colonizes the root surface and surrounding rhizosphere from the earliest stages of germination, establishing a beneficial association with the developing plant. This interaction promotes vigorous root growth, improves nutrient acquisition, and enhances the crop’s ability to access water and soil resources throughout the growing season.
In cereal crops such as corn, wheat, sorghum, rice, and other grasses, Rizospirillum ST stimulates plant vigor through a combination of biological nitrogen fixation and natural phytohormone production. It is also an excellent tool for co-inoculation in soybeans and other legumes, where it works synergistically with Bradyrhizobium species to maximize root development, nodulation efficiency, and yield potential.
